Alpha Omega coordinated with the Landlord to demise a 16,000 SF space into 2 separate suites before building out suite 440 for Straddling Law.

The AO Project Team coordinated with the architect to custom design this new office tenant improvement specifically for the Stradling Law office expansion.

The installation of multiple private exterior offices combined with a central open-air work environment created a nice workflow to this new space. In support of the new staff an upgraded break room was created in the common area to provide additional workplace amenities.

The glass walled conference room combined with the Executive Office door sidelights allows the natural light to penetrate from the window line to the interior of the office. This open office design with a modern look delivers a welcome and functional working environment for Stradling Law.
