Completed on time and within budget, our Tenant Improvement project optimized Cetera Financial Group’s office. We introduced a demising wall, right-sizing the space and returning surplus area to the landlord. The interior underwent a comprehensive overhaul, featuring modern glass-front private offices, a cutting-edge conference room, and an open office layout for enhanced collaboration. Energy-efficient lighting upgrades were implemented throughout.
Result: The transformed office seamlessly merges aesthetics and functionality, exceeding Cetera’s expectations. It now serves as an innovative and productive workspace, accommodating dynamic operations and future growth.
