LTC REIT

This full suite tenant improvement project for LTC REIT includes several new modern office features. AO started by white boxing this existing space for the landlord before beginning the new tenant’s improvements.

By creating a new executive conference room and honeycomb lighting, unique wraparound coffee bar, custom millwork, acoustic phone booth pods, and open-air ceiling design this new office will welcome the LTC prospective clients to the office daily.

The AO Project Team worked closely alongside the architect and client to deliver this new office design within the initial construction schedule. The client was able to take over occupancy of the new office without any disruption to their operations. The warm office entry and attention to detail will welcome both LTC clients and staff to this office for years to come.
