Morgan Stanley – Long Beach

Alpha Omega Contractors was contracted by Morgan Stanley to help expand their Long Beach branch operations to include additional leased space on the 2nd floor.

The new buildout of the expansion suite included some reconfiguration of glass office fronts, open workspace areas, new ceiling grid systems & title 24 lighting, anew break room, IT closet with a mini split, and new flooring throughout.

The AO Team worked closely with Morgan Stanley and Architect Klawiter to match the Morgan Stanley brand specs and design throughout the space.
