Project Estimator

As an experienced Estimator for Alpha Omega Contractors, Ali takes the project from inception, through to design and final pricing.

Ali’s expertise in various project specialties allows for more accurate pricing and shorter timelines. His experience with both Procore and Bluebeam also supports Alpha Omega’s detailed pre-construction meetings.

Keri Ann Steele

Controller

Keri Ann loves bringing her more than 20 years of industry experience to bear on new challenges to improve current processes and tasks. When she’s not working on P&L’s, job costing and helping set the financial course of the company, she is at home baking office goodies. Her favorite thing about the team at AO is the camaraderie gained while working with a diverse group of construction professionals who are driven to excellence.

Tomas Ramos

Senior Estimator

Early in Tomas Ramos’ working career, he was able to feel a client’s gratitude after a job well done. Since then, Tomas knew a career in commercial construction was the path for him. As his construction knowledge and experiences grew, he set his sights on working for a company as ambitious as himself. Since my first day at AO contractors, “I have felt welcome and heard. With a team like ours, I feel we can make your experience from planning to completion as stress-free as possible.” Tomas prides himself on accurate estimates and professional presentations to the client. Tomas’ hard work and dedication to his craft have elevated him as a Senior Estimator on the AO team.

Ricardo Vargas

Project Coordinator and Estimator

Ricardo Vargas has near a decade of construction experience and contributes project coordination and estimating support for the Alpha Omega Contractors team. He began working in construction with his family at a young age and later as a trade apprentice for a union builder. After gaining an operational knowledge of the field Ricardo transitioned to the office where he further developed his skills in Estimating and Project Coordination. Ricardo is currently pursuing a degree in Construction Engineering; his hard work and dedication supports the Alpha Omega teams on commercial construction projects in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.

Andrew is passionate about computing and software which helps the team stay organized on complex projects. His background as an electrician, with over a decade of experience in a highly technical trade, gives him the ability to handle complex problems. He also has a knack for managing large groups and showcases his leadership by supporting the team and ensuring each project is completed in a timely manner.

Thomas Brugger

Vice President

Construction runs in Thomas’s family and he was drawn to become part of a team that values family culture and promotes growth within the construction industry. His keen attention to detail makes him successful in running field operations for AO Contractors. Thomas has been with the company since 2014 and has worked his way up from Superintendent to Vice President. During this time he has been involved in over 200 tenant improvement projects.

Anthony Valanos

Director of Client Relations

Anthony Valanos earned his degree at the University of San Diego with studies in Business Administration, Real Estate, and Finance. Anthony brings his decades of experience in Marketing, Client Relations, and Project Coordination to the Alpha Omega Contractors team. His contributions help AO to strengthen the relationships within its network of portfolio managers, brokers, owners and key contributors.

Anthony works directly with the client, estimator and project coordinator in order to ensure a successful project delivery from beginning to end.

Josh Kreutzen

Vice President

Over the past two decades, Josh has accumulated an extensive amount of construction management experience in the commercial and residential markets. As Vice President & Co-owner of Alpha Omega Contractors, Josh maintains a high-touch presence with the client throughout each project. His high-touch approach is a key component in the values that he instills in the Alpha Omega brand.

David Jalaty

President

As President of Alpha Omega Contractors, David started this company to bring clients a comprehensive process from start to finish, Alpha to Omega. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, David understands his client’s needs to have a general contractor as a trade partner. He especially enjoys working with tenants and property owners to provide them with pre-construction costs and scheduling analysis. This analysis helps the client reach their goals.
