Suite 1400 – Glendale, CA

This capital improvement project included an interior renovation on the 14th floor of Glendale’s 505 N. Brand Blvd. office building. After we identified and assessed our client’s goals during the pre-construction phase, we kicked off the project by adding specific design elements to help the client attract high-profile tenants to their property.

One of the unique designs added to the balcony on the 14th floor was the bi-folding doors to give the floor an indoor/outdoor feel. Wood portals were built around the faces of the offices to bring out a warm and natural feel. The kitchen was updated with modern appliances and amenities for the future tenant to offer their clients & employees.
