Our Commercial Renovation Projects Throughout Los Angeles

Arcutis Biotherapeutics, Westlake Village CA

Our team recently completed a project for a biotechnology company, Arcutis Biotherapeutics, in the greater Los Angeles area.  Our first task on the 19,977 square foot office was to remove the ceilings and interior walls to create an open-air environment. Removing the interior walls allowed space for the office to take on a more modern and collaborative aesthetic. From there, we brought in pops of color found in Arcutis’s brand scheme and placed them throughout the space. Existing glass paneling and wood accents were also expertly retouched, updated, or refinished to maintain an upscale atmosphere throughout the executive suites, community areas, and conference rooms. Our favorite part of this commercial renovation project was the updated breakroom space which brought in a contemporary, industrial feel with exposed and refinished ceilings and concrete floors. We finished off the space with updated appliances, colorful fixtures, and banquet-style seating for a finished look that is bright, airy, and inviting. 

Park Sorrento, Calabasas CA

In the Park Sorrento building, located in Calabasas CA, our team completed a variety of tenant improvement projects.  In addition, we also completed several capital improvement projects for the landlord to help their leasing team to attract new tenants to their property. Commercial renovations like these allow landlords to enhance the price of the rent, while also enticing tenant retention. In one particular project, we worked on a spec suite office to better utilize the existing space. Our first task was to open up the workspace to make it more modern and inviting. Then, our team added new partitions to designate executive suites and conference rooms.
