To achieve a more modern aesthetic, we created an open workspace, installing new partitions that designate executive suites and conference rooms from the rest of the space. Our team incorporated wood finishes, millwork, updated lighting, and a brand-new ceiling to create an updated and modernized office space. We started our Park Sorrento Suite 460 capital improvement project of spec suite improvement by demoing the existing space in order to create and build new partitions, and a new ceiling. Our team also incorporated power and plumbing to enhance the functionality of the space. In terms of design, new millwork, lighting, and finishes were incorporated bringing an elevated and clean appearance to this office space. Our work elevates this space to provide the landlord with the opportunity to market to new tenants.

The capital improvement project to Park Sorrento Suite 150 was designed and created to better utilize existing office space for Civic Financial Services. Our work commenced with our team demoing walls throughout the office and throughout the ceiling in the reception area. We then took the current design and split the space into two offices, where we incorporated new millwork and power for functionality in the space.
The design incorporated new finishes including hardwood floors, expanded glass conference rooms, and a refreshed reception area to achieve a fully updated and modernized office. With the new, open floor plan, our team incorporated call booths so employees can have a quiet space to take meetings. Our team got to know Civic as a company and included every detail to make their office space accommodate a successful workday.
